This policy explains how Flick Media ("we", "us") collects and handles personal information. It is written to align with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, for visitors in the UK and Ireland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you speak to our AI concierge or contact us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company, and the details of the project you describe, including the conversation itself.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use this information solely to understand your enquiry, respond to it, and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent in providing it, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
